seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines the
terms related to shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for purchases made through our
platform, modeled in accordance with leading practices such as those of Amazon.in.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship our products across India. International shipping is not available at this
time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. You will
receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with leading courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to
ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on your location:
• Metro cities: 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3-7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 5-10 business days

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to
orders below this amount. Any shipping charges will be clearly communicated at checkout.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in select pin codes. A nominal COD fee of ₹30 may apply. We reserve the
right to disable COD for accounts with repeated failed deliveries.

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can also track
your order status through the 'My Orders' section on Elsty.com.

8. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered. To
be eligible, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be
unused and in original packaging.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of nutraceutical and consumable products, items that have been opened,
used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they were received in a damaged
or defective condition.

10. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@elsty.com with your
order number and issue. Our team will assist you with reverse pickup or return
instructions.

11. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be
issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. COD refunds will be
issued via bank transfer.

12. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not
possible. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving the product.

13. Jurisdiction

All shipping and return-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of Madras, Chennai.
