Returns & Refund Policy

At Elsty.com, operated by Arana Wellness Private Limited, we are committed to delivering
high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Returns & Refund Policy
explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted,
and outlines the process to follow. By placing an order on Elsty.com, you agree to the terms
laid out in this policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our nutraceutical and wellness products, we do not accept returns or
offer refunds unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
• The product is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery.
• You notify us immediately at the time of delivery with photo proof.
• An email is sent to support@elsty.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the
outer box, shipping label, and the damaged product.
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Delay in delivery
• Opened or used products
• Products reported as damaged after 24 hours of delivery

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email support@elsty.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. Include your order number, photos of the damaged box and product, and a clear
explanation of the issue.
3. Our team will review and validate the claim within 48 hours.
4. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or instruct you on how to return the
product.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of an approved return for a damaged or incorrect item replacement will be processed and delivered within 3–5 working days, we will offer a replacement of the same product at no extra cost. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

6. Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item (if required). Refunds
are processed within 72 hours to the original payment method. For COD orders,
refunds will be issued via NEFT transfer to your bank account.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not
possible. In such cases, you may raise a return request as per the conditions above if the
product is damaged.

9. Jurisdiction

This Returns & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of
returns or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court of
Madras, Chennai.
